With rapid organizational growth and hundreds of staff members joining annually, the employee onboarding process relied heavily on fragmented paperwork and offline coordination. New hires struggled to access basic administrative tools, understand company culture, and complete mandatory compliance training during their first weeks.

A streamlined, mobile-first onboarding app that unifies brand culture, operational tools (time-tracking & paystubs), and compliance modules into a single, intuitive interface.

The NEO logotype combines structural clarity with welcoming warmth, crafted to evoke modern community hubs and shared spaces. The visual balance between bold lettering and clean lines conveys dynamic energy, accessibility, and professional trust across all digital touchpoints.

Inspired by modern civic design and active community environments, the color palette creates a balanced visual hierarchy. Navy Blue serves as the grounding anchor of reliability, while Coral Orange drives motivation and dynamic interactions.

The typographic hierarchy pairs a strong, modern sans-serif typeface for impactful display headlines with a highly legible, clean sans-serif for body text and administrative data. This combination ensures high contrast, effortless readability, and low cognitive load on mobile displays.
